Extended Day Program

The HES Extended Day Program runs from 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

  • Registration must be done in person; we cannot hold/guarantee spots. 

  • Students should be registered for the 2025-2026 school year and not have a past due balance with Extended Day. 

  • Students who attended Extended Day in the past are not guaranteed a spot and must re-enroll each year. 

  • Tuition for the first two weeks plus registration fees are due at the time of registering. Cash, money orders, check, credit/debit are accepted. 

  • Extended Day runs from 2:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

  • 3:30pm is the earliest time students can be picked up from Extended Day. 

  • Drop-in service is not available.

*Payments are expected for full time enrollment regardless of child(ren)'s actual attendance in the program. Examples include if your child(ren) ride the bus home, have an appointment, go out of town, are out sick, decide to only come four days a week, you are still expected to pay the full week's tuition.

*We are staffed based on overall enrollment and not day-to-day attendance, thank you for understanding.
